Hallo zusammen,
leider muß ich nach 5 Monaten schon wieder Eure Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen...
Bei der Instandsetzung im Februar mußte ich folgende Teile auf Grund eines Defektes der
Wasserpumpe (Wassereintritt) ersetzen: Wasserpumpe Innensys CP4/SP 230V inkl. Dichtung (557223);
Membranregler für Jura Pumpe (59504); Anschlusswinkel Jura Thermoblock 2003, alte Version (60536);
Schlauch D4x2,5x260mm (19680J); Schlauch D4x2,5x170mm (ES170KK) und 2x Triac T435-600T auf der
Leistungselektronik (Art.Nr.: 65983).
Soviel zur Vorgeschichte, die Maschine lief danach 5 Monate tadellos, nun haben wir folgende Problem:
Nach dem Einschalten,der Aufforderung "Pflege drücken" und bestätigen mit der Taste, kommte es zwar zu
den gewohnten Geräuschen, aber es tröpfelt nur etwas Wasser aus dem Ausläufen (ca.10-20ml).
Auch bei Abgabe eines Kaffees kommt nur eine geringe, entsprechend starke Menge Kaffee aus der Maschine
(ca. 1/5 der gewünschten Menge).
Auf Grund dieser Erscheinung habe ich mal die bei uns recht selten genutze Heißwasserdüse probiert, auch
hier kommt nur eine geringe Menge Wasser und nach kurzer Zeit meldet die Maschine "zu heiss".
Wie schon erwähnt, es kommt zu keinen "unnormalen" Geräuschen oder anderen Erscheinungen.

So much for history, after which the machine ran perfectly five months, and now we have the following problem:
After switching on, the call "maintenance" function key and confirm by pressing the button, it kommte indeed to
the usual noises, but it trickles some water from the outlets (about 10-20ml).
Also in charge of a coffee, only a small, correspondingly strong amount of coffee comes out of the machine
(about 1/5 of the desired amount).
On the basis of this phenomenon I have ever tried the hot water nozzle with us quite rare genutze, also
here is only a small amount of water and after a short time signaled by the machine "too hot".
As already mentioned, there are no "abnormal" noises or other symptoms.
Now to my question, can anyone help me with this problem? Might be again the
Water pump Innensys (557223) is defective and does not bring the required amount of water?
What could it still be?
Are there any water pump Innensys CP4/SP 230V including seal (557223) of BND Coffee Studio parts warranty
(installed 5 months) after such a short time?
