I think there must be a blockage between the pump and the coffee spout.
Steam and Coffee are different ways. So the Steam-Side is okay, the coffee side not.
It´s not normal, that the pump is quiet.
I start from a calcification. A chunk of the purely dissolves and then reattached.
Thank you for your answer!
There is no Claris filter installed, we have very soft water here. Decalcifying has been run (see my previous post) but with the same results.
It feels like when I'm rinsing/making coffee most of the water comes in the tray (but not in the coffee waste bin) instead of the spout.
I have a new premium o-ring kit which I bought from you but the other kit I installed about 1,5 years ago and I can hear that the brewing unit sounds mechanically as it should, it sounds like when the machine was new.
If I don't find anything I'll try to post a video on YouTube or something if that helps?
Could not upload video as an attachment so I instead posted it on YouTube; http://youtu.be/CzzNksXwmno
Disregard the water in the coffee bin, it's because I didn't dry it afterwards I threw some waste coffee away.
I don't know how much it will tell but hopefully something. I can (easily) make another video of some other part or component if that's helpful.
Took out the pump and the membrane and inspected the parts, looks ok but of course hard to tell what's going on inside these parts.
Can I check something else? Should I make another video?
Should I order a pump and a membrane from you?
Thanks!
