I have a problem that has developed since about 2 months back but today it became a major problem.
First signs was that when I rinse the unit I felt that the amount of water coming out in the coffee pipes was not as much as it used to be but it felt a bit intermittent. Same goes for the coffee itself, doesn't come so much and some cups contain very little coffee and some more or less the normal amount (again, intermittent amounts).
The thing now is is that basically it comes only drops of water when rinsing and drops of coffee. It seems to affect the tea sprout as well. The steam function seems to be ok though.
I've openened the unit (done that before to clean from time to time as well as I've changed all the o-rings in the brew unit about 1,5 years ago), cannot see that the front detachable part with the Jura logo "sticker" is at fault from inspecting it.
Also, after several rinses, I can get coffee but it comes in drops and it takes ages to brew one cup (almost like the process was in slow-motion). Also the "pump" sound is not normal compared to when the unit is working normally.
The water comes out in the tray (not in the used coffee compartment).
Any ideas of what to look for?
