Hallo zusammen ich wollte meine B65 Entkalken und man muss dabei auchmal auf Dampf stellen ,aber das Gerät machte nur ein kurzes Geräuch und es knallte als wenn ein Schlauch geplatzt ist !Hab gerät geöffnet aber sehe keinen geplatzten Schlauch ,wenn ich jetzt auf Dampf drehe brummt es nur kurz aber es kommt kein Dampf ...muss aber die Maschine Entkalken woran könnte es liegen?

Have the unit open but see no ruptured hose, if I now steam turn it hums briefly but there is no steam ... but the machine needs descaling what it could be?
