Jura J7 vorne rechts feucht Dampfaustritt

Hallo,
habe eine gebrauchte Jura J7 erworben.
laut Vorbesitzer ist die Maschine Tip Top in Ordnung.
Nach dem Einschalten und Aufheizen lässt sie Wasser und Dampf aus dem Gehäuse vorne rechts.
Nach zerlegen der Maschine war der U-förmige Schlauch vom Wärmetauscher zum Keramikventil am Keramikventil ab und das Keramikventil aus der Halterung gesprungen.
Eventuell Transportschaden hatte ich gedacht aber nach dem aufstecken und einrasten des Keramikventils und wieder einschalten der Maschine trat wieder Wasser und Dampf aus dem Schlauchanschluss.
Als würde zuviel Druck am Keramikventil anstehen und kann nicht abgeleitet werden.
bei reinem Milchbezug bleibt der Anschluß trocken.
Wärmetauscher hat an der Gehäusetrennstelle  Ober- und Unterteil Kalkspuren

Dieses Phänomen tritt meist nach ersten Einschalten und der Aufheizphase auf oder wenn Dampfbezug angefordert wird.

Wo ist der Fehler zu suchen? Wärmetauscher?Keramikventil? Oder doch etwas anderes.
Bin für jede Hilfestellung dankbar.

es ist mir noch nicht ganz klar ob das Wasser nur aus dem Keramik Ventil austritt. Dichtung OK? Oder springt der Schlauch durch Überdruck immer wieder ab? Ist der Wärmetauscher dicht? Scheint mir der Kandidat zu sein. Manchmal wird er wegen Verkalkung nicht voll mit Wasser gefüllt.

Ich würde mir zunächst alle Ventile und Schläuche ansehen und reinigen. Bei einer gebrauchten Maschine auch den Kaffeeauslauf. Dur wirst sehen was da für ein Dreck drinnen ist. Kann sein dass der Druck durch Verkalkung nicht richtig abgeleitet wird. Insbesondere in die Schlauchanschlüsse hineinschauen und mit einer Büroklammer etc. durchstechen.

Schau mal wie viele Bezüge die Maschine gemacht hat.

I am not yet entirely clear whether the water comes only from the ceramic valve. Seal OK? Or skip the hose through pressure from again? If the heat exchanger leaks? Seems to me to be the candidate. Sometimes it is not completely full because of calcification with water.

I'd initially view all valves and hoses and clean. In a used machine and the coffee spout. Major'll see what's there for a dirt inside. May be that the pressure by calcification is not derived correctly. In particular, look into the hose connections and pierce with a paper clip, etc..

Look how many references made ??the machine.

habe jetzt den Wärmetauscher ganz ausgebaut und geöffnet und siehe da völlig verkalkt!
Kein Durchgang mehr vom Keramikventil!

Werde einen neuen Wärmetauscher kaufen,denke das damit das Problem endgültig behoben ist.
Die Maschine hat ca. 5000 Gesamtbezüge.
