Hallo,
unsere Maschine (4,5 Jahre) mag nicht mehr
Es begann damit, dass sie teilweise beim Kaffee machen quietschte und "stöhnte", sie hörte sich schwergängig an.
Eines Tages ging gar nichts mehr, wenn aman auf Kaffeebezug drückt, klingt es, als schalte man aus oder die Maschine wolle spülen. Kein Mahlen.
Da wir befürchten, die Brühgruppe könne dreckig sein, wollten wir diese entnehmen und reinigen, haben auch im web die Anleitung gefunden, dass man die 3 seitlichen "Schrauben" aufdrehen muss.
Das haben wir getan, jedoch bewegt sich die Brühgruppe absolut nicht. Einen Griff hat sie nicht.
In den letzten Tagen funktionierte allerdings nach Hin- und Herdrehen der weißen Schraube die Maschine anschließend wieder vorübergehend.
Heute nun gar nichts mehr, egal wie oft man dreht.
Weder mein Mann noch ich sind technisch versiert, ich gestehe, dass ich viele der in diesem Forum gefundenen Hinweise daher nicht verstehe.
Ich vermute, evtl. könnte sich die Brühgruppe in der falschen Position befinden. Wenn dem so ist - wie bekomme ich sie in die richtige?
