Jura Z5 Hilfe bitte - ronwes - 12.01.2014 Hello everybody. I apologies for writing you in English but my German is good enough to talk/read but not to write. I hope someone can help me with the following 2 problems I have with my Jura Z5. The machine is from 2008 The first problem started about 4 months ago. When I make a cappuccino the milk works fine but the coffee is only coming a little bit. I think the switch is broken. I have checked if the switch is clean and that is the case. What part do I need? The second problem is recent. If I switch on the machine the display gives me "fill system". When I press the button, I can hear a light buzz but nothing happens. What is broken? I can't use the machine now ![]() Many thanks for your reply Ron RE: Jura Z5 Hilfe bitte - Jurist - 12.01.2014 Hiya Ron It seems to be a calcination inside the water system. Take the water flow plan and clean up all tubes and connections. Feel free to ask for more details if necessary. RE: Jura Z5 Hilfe bitte - ronwes - 12.01.2014 ronwes schrieb:Jurist schrieb:Hiya Ron I just realise that this cannot be the problem. Yes,it is leaking water and need replacement but should not stop the waterflow RE: Jura Z5 Hilfe bitte - ronwes - 12.01.2014 Checked all tubes and all clear. As I don't hear the pump when I tested it, it could well be that this is broke. RE: Jura Z5 Hilfe bitte - Jurist - 12.01.2014 No noise of the pump even no buzz? Pump getting hot? Are you sure that the water flow from the tank to pump is OK? Remove the tube and suck water to test that there is no jam. Leaking water can deamage the pump as well as other electric elements. Make sure to fix it. Be aware of 220 Volt electric power! I assume the pump ist broken because of water dripping in. Not sure about the ceramik ventil. You also have to check about water demage as well. You may consider that a flat rapair price is the better option... Take care Jurist |
