Krups XP 9000 Service 1 - Smaily01 - 20.03.2013
Hallo zusammen, da ich gelesen habe dass die XP 9000 in etwa mit den Siemens Geräten baugleich ist, habe ich in diesem Unterforum gepostet.
Mein Problem ist die Fehlermeldung "Service 1 Hotline anrufen" nachdem Uhrzeit eingestellt und Wasserbefüllung durchgeführt ist...Bin etwas ratlos wie ich weiterkomme. Vieleicht hat schon jemand diesen Fehler gehabt oder gar beseitigt.

Ja, ich hatte den gleichen Fehler. Es ist ein Hinweis auf den Temperaturfühler (NTC-Widerstand) auf dem Erhitzer. Gibts als Ersatzteil bei juraprofi.de. Es muss allerdings nicht unbedingt die Fehlerursache sein. Der Widerstand hat einen Sollwert von 13 KOhm bei 20 Grad Celsius
