Jura E55 mit probleme

Hi, first of all I want to congratulate you with this forum.
I can read and speak German quite well but cannot write it
I will write in English but everybody van answer in Deutsch.

I have a Jura E55 which is OK but sometimes the machine stops while giving coffee. But when I clean the "Kaffeesieb" with a tissue the problem seems gone. I have to do this everytime after 10-15 cups of coffee.
I cleaned the machine completely myself but the problem persists.
Anyone has an idea what might be the problem?

Ps. Most of the times when it happens all top 4 lights start falshing and we need to pump water till it stops to get it back to normal

Das Problem ist das der Kaffee das Brühsieb verstopft. Haben Sie schon mal einen anderen Kaffee probiert ob es da auch auftritt? Ist der Mahlgrad richtig eingestellt?

We have tried different types of coffee and same problem.
I do not know if the "Mahlgrad" ok is. How can I check this?

Der gemahlene Kaffee muss in Mittelstellung des Mahlwerks etwas gröber sein als fertiger Pulverkaffee. Der Tresterkuchen darf keine keine glatte Oberfläche haben, es muss eine Körnung zu sehen sein.

I believe that that's the case, however I have turned the wheel of the mahlwerk when I cleaned it last time. can it be the Drainageventil? When the machine wants to be emptied the Auffangschale is for 3/4 full.
Maybe I need to increase the mahlgrad but when I do, the mahler mahlt no beans. You can hear that.

Wenn zuviel Wasser in der Auffangschale ist dann kann das am Drainageventil liegen. Beim Mahlwerk könnte es durchaus sein das das hier verschlissen ist: https://www.juraprofi.de/Jura-Ersatzteil...:5570.html

Ok thanks, I have ordered a new Mahlwerk but unfortunately my heater started to leak so ordered that as well
Lets see if this will solve the problem.
