Surpresso S20 - Specht - 18.01.2014
Hallo zusammen,
bin der Michael bin 31 Jahre alt und meine Surpresso hat wohl ein zwei Probleme ;-)
Hört sich ja an wie in ner Selbsthilfegruppe....
Naja Egal hier mal meine Schilderung.
Beim Tastendruck auf "Cafe" wird ganz normal der Kaffee gemahlen auch ordentlich gepresst, nun kommt aber das Problem:
Die Pumpe pumpt übermässig lange bis sie hörbar ordentlich Druck macht, (Pumpe wird leiser) und dann erst kommt auf einen Schlag (wie wenn ein Ventil erst öffnet wenn genug Druck da ist) vorne Kaffee raus, aber leider auch viel zu wenig für die eingestellte Wassermenge. Dies passiert auch meistens mit einem pfeifendem Geräusch (ähnlich eines Überdruckventils).
Nun das zweite eigenartige:
In dem Auffangbehälterschub ganz hinten, dort wo auch die beiden Kontakte angebracht sind. Liegen zwei kleine "Häufchen" gemahlener trockener Kaffee.
Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir hier Helfen. Achja ich hab keine 2 linken Hände und kann mir bei geeigneter Anleitung gut selber Helfen. Bei der Maschine habe ich bereits dass Drainageventil neu abgedichtet (da etwas viel Wasser im Auffangbehälter war) und im selben Zuge da ich das alter des Gerätes nicht kenne wurde die Brühgruppe ebenfalls revidiert. Das Gerät hab ich geschenkt bekommen da es durch ein neues ersetzt wurde. Vom Vorbesitzer (bekannter meines Vaters) wurde vorm abgeben nochmal "frisch" entkalkt.

Well here's my description does not matter.
When you press "Cafe", the coffee is quite normal ground and pressed properly, but now comes the problem:
The pump pumps excessively long until it makes audible tidy pressure (pump is down) and then only comes in one fell swoop (as when a valve opens only when enough pressure is there) front coffee out, but set unfortunately, far too little for the amount of water. This happens most often with a whistling noise (similar to a pressure relief valve).
Now the second peculiar:
In the collecting container pushing the back, where the two contacts are attached. There are two small "pile" dry ground coffee.
I hope you can help me here. Oh I do not have two left hands and I can, with suitable instructions as well ourselves helping. In the machine I have resealed that drainage valve (something a lot of water in the collecting vessel was) and in the same course as I do not know the age of the device, the brewing unit was also revised. The unit I have gifted as it was replaced by a new one. By the previous owner (known my father) in front of the leave was again "fresh" descaled.

Wahrscheinlich eine Verkalkung oder es ist etwas verstopft. Dadurch geht der Überdruck über das Überdurckventil weg.
